Kings Beck Barn is a detached four-bedroom converted barn in the peaceful village of Colby, North Norfolk, sleeping up to 10 guests.

​

The property is situated at the end of a quiet gravel driveway and offers private parking for up to five cars, with additional off-road parking available by arrangement. An enclosed garden surrounds the barn, featuring two terrace areas for outdoor dining, lawned areas, and a private hot tub.

We aim to welcome guests with a wide range of access needs. However, due to the nature of the property, there are several steps both inside and outside the barn and it is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Arrival & Parking

  • Check-in is from 4:00pm.

  • A key safe is available for late arrivals.

  • Directions are provided prior to arrival.

  • Private parking is available for up to five vehicles.

  • Security sensor lighting illuminates the parking area.

  • A gravel path leads from the parking area to the entrance.

  • External lighting illuminates the entrance during hours of darkness.

  • The barn is heated by oil-fired central heating with underfloor heating throughout much of the ground floor.

  • Guests can control both heating and hot water settings.

  • A combination of feather/down and non-allergy fibre pillows is provided.

  • Duvets are a mix of hollow fibre and feather/down.

  • Bed linen is 100% Egyptian cotton.

  • Bath sheets and hand towels are provided.

  • All beds have mattress and pillow protectors.

  • The property is strictly non-smoking and vaping is not permitted.

  • The property is fitted with mains and battery-powered smoke alarms.

  • A fire procedure is provided.

  • Spotlights are used throughout much of the property including the porch, kitchen, snug and ensuite bathrooms.
